Welcome to Fable & Field. We curate our collections from premium design houses, heritage mills, and specialised artisan workshops to bring exceptional quality directly to your home.
To maintain the utmost integrity of your items—from delicate wallpapers to substantial furniture—our pieces are dispatched directly from our partners' specialised trade warehouses. Because of this bespoke fulfilment model, delivery terms and timelines vary depending on the unique items in your curation.
1. Delivery Regions & Rates
To ensure absolute reliability and premium handling, we have streamlined our logistics to focus exclusively on Great Britain. We currently ship strictly to addresses within England, Scotland, and Wales. We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands at this time.
To keep your checkout experience entirely transparent and effortless, we operate a single, site-wide delivery tier:

Standard Tracked & Insured Delivery: Flat rate of £20.00 across your entire order.
Shopping a Mixed Cart? If your order contains a mix of items (for instance, a luxury cushion alongside a piece of statement furniture), they will likely be dispatched from different specialised warehouses. You will only ever be charged the single £20 flat rate at checkout, but your items may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Because we coordinate across distinct specialised artisanal hubs, delivery timelines are determined by the nature of the craftsmanship required:
Please note: Custom-cut designer fabrics, boutique wallpapers, and heavy furniture pieces are processed with specialised care and may require an additional 2–3 days of processing time prior to courier dispatch.
3. Tracking Your Order
The moment an item from your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a live tracking link. If your order is arriving in multiple instalments from different designer warehouses, you will receive distinct tracking numbers for each package so you can follow their journeys seamlessly.
4. Damaged or Faulty Shipments
Every piece curated by Fable & Field is fully insured against damage during transit. We take immense pride in our logistics partnerships, but due to the fragile nature of luxury home goods, we ask that you inspect your pieces immediately upon arrival.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of both the external packaging and the product itself.

Reporting within this window allows us to immediately initiate an insurance claim with our specialised couriers and fast-track a priority replacement or refund for you.
