  • We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile device's display of any color or texture will perfectly match the physical item.
  • We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

4. Products and Third-Party Supplier Fulfillment
Fable & Field operates on an on-demand trade-fulfillment model. We do not manufacture the goods or hold physical warehouse stock.
  • Upon successful transaction capture, your order details are securely transmitted to our premium UK manufacturer and supplier networks (including but not limited to Hill Interiors and Voyage Maison) for direct "white-label" delivery to your home.
  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
6. Payment Processing and Installments
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal Express Checkout, or Klarna. If you elect to use third-party installment options (such as Klarna or Shop Pay Installments), you enter into a direct financing agreement with those specific providers. Fable & Field holds no liability over individual installment collection disputes, credit scoring impacts, or provider financing terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Fable & Field, our directors, employees, or trade suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits or lost savings—arising from your use of any of our services or any products procured using the Site.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
