We operate as a hybrid retail business. This means some products are stocked and shipped directly by us, while other products are fulfilled via third-party suppliers (drop-shipping) and shipped directly from them to you.

  • Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

  • Modifications and Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

If you order items that are dispatched from international suppliers (via our drop-shipping model), your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon delivery. You acknowledge that payment of these fees is your sole responsibility.

  • Payment Authorisation: You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) utilised in connection with any transaction.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Because we utilise a hybrid model (shipping some items locally and drop-shipping others directly from third-party global suppliers), shipping and delivery times will vary.

  • Estimates Only: Any delivery dates or windows provided on our store are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or any events beyond our reasonable control.

  • Transfer of Risk: For domestic items stocked by us, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. For items fulfilled by external drop-shipping suppliers, risk of loss and title pass to you once we transfer the product to the carrier.

Our returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed strictly by our separate Refund Policy.

The website and its original content, features, functionality, logos, and images are owned by Fable & Field and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Fable & Field is built upon the Shopify platform. Shopify provides the digital infrastructure for our store, but the contract of sale is strictly between you and Fable & Field. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify has no responsibility, liability, or obligation regarding the products sold, order fulfilment, or any transactions conducted on our store.
